We are looking for a talented Remote Support Analyst to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Remote Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients in the agriculture industry. You will work remotely to troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and ensure that our clients have a seamless experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support to clients in the agriculture industry
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Document and maintain accurate records of all support tickets and resolutions
- Educate clients on best practices and provide training on new features and updates
