We are currently seeking a skilled Remote Support Technician to join our retail team in Abu Dhabi. As a Remote Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our retail staff and customers remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support to resolve hardware and software issues for retail staff and customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues
- Install and configure software and hardware components
- Collaborate with onsite IT team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
- Ensure all remote support activities are conducted in a timely and efficient manner

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- [X] years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
