We are looking for a skilled Remote Support Technician to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in the telecommunications industry and a strong technical background.

Responsibilities:
- Provide remote support to customers for telecommunications products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to network connectivity, hardware and software problems
- Collaborate with on-site technicians and engineers to resolve complex technical issues
- Document and track all customer interactions and resolutions
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications systems and technologies
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
