We are currently seeking a talented Remote Support Technician to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for a variety of IT systems and software. This position will be responsible for remotely assisting clients with their technical issues, ensuring that all problems are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for clients
- Install, configure, and update software applications
- Perform system upgrades and maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Document all support activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 2-5 years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus
