Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Support Technician to join our team in the education sector in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to provide remote support to our staff and students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support to end users on various hardware and software issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
- Install, configure, and update software applications and systems remotely
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement solutions for ongoing technical issues
- Document and maintain records of technical support requests and resolutions
- Train end users on basic troubleshooting techniques and best practices for utilizing technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with remote desktop tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
