Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our research initiatives, providing insights and data analysis to help inform strategic decisions and drive business growth. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis in the real estate sector, focusing on trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including market reports, surveys, and industry publications.
- Prepare detailed research reports, presentations, and summaries that effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and development, to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Monitor and track industry trends, regulatory changes, and economic factors that may impact the real estate market in Abu Dhabi and the wider region.
- Assist in the development and implementation of research methodologies and tools to enhance data collection and analysis processes.
- Maintain and update databases related to market research, property listings, and industry contacts.
- Coordinate and participate in meetings, presentations, and workshops to disseminate research findings and insights.
- Provide administrative support to the research team, including scheduling meetings, managing project timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Stay informed about best practices in research methodologies and real estate trends to continually improve research processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in research or data analysis, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficient in research methodologies, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with research software and databases.
- Knowledge of the real estate market in Abu Dhabi and the UAE is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
