We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research Operations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications research and operations management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of research operations, including planning, budgeting, and reporting
- Develop and implement research strategies to support the company's goals and objectives
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection and analysis
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for research projects
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners and research institutions
- Lead a team of researchers and analysts, providing guidance and support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as telecommunications, business, or engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in research operations, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing research projects from conception to completion
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
