We are seeking a dedicated Residential Advisor to join our team in Sharjah. The Residential Advisor will be responsible for providing support and guidance to students living in on-campus housing facilities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with students and creating a positive living environment conducive to academic success.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a mentor and resource for students living in on-campus housing
- Develop and implement programs and activities to promote community building and student engagement
- Assist students with personal and academic challenges, providing guidance and referrals as needed
- Enforce housing policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure living environment for all residents
- Collaborate with campus partners to support student success and well-being
- Respond to emergencies and provide on-call support as needed
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to student behavior and incidents

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
