We are seeking a qualified and experienced Residential Advisor to join our team in Sharjah. The Residential Advisor will be responsible for providing support and guidance to students living in on-campus housing facilities, with a focus on those studying in the field of Information Technology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance and guidance to students living in on-campus housing facilities
- Act as a resource for students regarding academic, personal, and social matters
- Collaborate with academic advisors and faculty to ensure students are receiving the necessary support
- Organize and facilitate workshops, events, and programs related to Information Technology
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress
- Address any behavioral or disciplinary issues that may arise among students
- Serve as a liaison between students, faculty, and university administration

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- [X] years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of student development theory and best practices in student support services
