We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Residential Advisor in the field of Transportation and Logistics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and logistics, as well as experience working in a residential setting.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support and guidance to residents living in transportation and logistics facilities
- Develop and implement programs and activities to promote community engagement and enhance the residential experience
- Act as a liaison between residents and management to address any concerns or issues
- Coordinate transportation services for residents as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to residents and facility operations
- Assist with move-in and move-out processes for residents
- Monitor and enforce facility rules and regulations
- Respond to emergencies or crises in a timely and appropriate manner

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in transportation and logistics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of residential facility operations and best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
