We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction projects and a proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of residential construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project specifications are met.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Manage and mentor a team of construction professionals, including project managers, supervisors, and contractors.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety standards are maintained.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Prepare and present reports on project status, budget, and timeline to senior management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- [X] years of experience in residential construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
