We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Manager to oversee and manage residential construction projects in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to scheduling and quality control.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all phases of residential construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
- Manage and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Monitor and enforce compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- [X] years of experience in residential construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
- Proven track record of successfully managing residential construction projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
