We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Restaurant Host to join our team in a healthcare setting in Dubai. The Restaurant Host will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff while managing the flow of the restaurant and ensuring all guests are seated in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Manage the seating chart and ensure all guests are seated promptly
- Assist guests with any special requests or accommodations
- Take reservations and manage the reservation system
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and servers to ensure smooth service
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand area
- Provide information about the menu, specials, and promotions
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Assist with other duties as needed to support the restaurant team

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Host or in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service best practices
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of Dubai's dining and hospitality industry
