We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Restaurant Host to join our team in Dubai. As a Restaurant Host, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
- Ensure that the dining area is clean, organized, and set up according to restaurant standards
- Take reservations and manage the seating plan efficiently
- Communicate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely service
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- Assist with coordinating special events and parties
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Host or in a customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and food service industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
