We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Restaurant Host in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Seat guests according to seating chart and ensure they are comfortable
- Take reservations and manage the waitlist during peak hours
- Assist with coordinating and communicating with the kitchen and serving staff
- Provide menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and front-of-house area
- Assist with other tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the restaurant

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a host or in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in hospitality or related field
- Proficiency in multiple languages
