We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and executing strategies to maximize product placement and sales in retail stores. You will work closely with the sales team, suppliers, and store managers to ensure that products are displayed effectively and meet the company's merchandising standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising plans that align with the company's overall sales and marketing objectives
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, promotions, and product placement
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Create visual displays and signage to attract customers and promote products
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure that products are well-stocked and displayed in an organized manner
- Train store staff on merchandising best practices and provide ongoing support and guidance
- Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising performance and provide feedback to store managers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of retail trends and best practices
