We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Retail Operations Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a background in Information Technology and possess strong leadership skills to oversee and manage all retail operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective retail operations
- Manage and monitor inventory levels to optimize stock levels and minimize waste
- Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions on product assortment and pricing strategies
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations, including health and safety standards
- Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities for staff
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the retail space to create a welcoming and organized environment for customers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the Information Technology sector
- Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and driving sales growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software
