We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail branch in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and a proven track record of success in managing retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer service in the retail branch
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Manage the retail team, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall business performance
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on operational performance and strategic initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of retail banking products and services
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
