We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in Real Estate and possess strong leadership skills to oversee and optimize our retail operations programs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement retail operations programs to improve efficiency and maximize profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of retail initiatives
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth
- Lead and mentor a team of retail operations professionals to achieve department goals
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to track the success of retail programs
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and implement innovative strategies to drive business results

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and retail industry trends
