We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE in the agriculture industry. The Retail Operations Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of retail operations within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement retail operational strategies to drive sales and maximize profitability
- Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels at all times
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed business decisions
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations
- Manage a team of retail staff, providing leadership and guidance to drive performance and achieve targets
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing and terms for products
- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement training programs for retail staff to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership abilities and team management experience
- Knowledge of the agriculture industry is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
