Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Retail Operations Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The Retail Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail stores, ensuring smooth functioning and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics and sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock replenishment.
- Train and mentor store staff on best practices and customer service standards.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to recommend strategic initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail operations.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of driving sales and improving operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with telecommunications industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
