The Retail Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of retail stores in Dubai. They will work closely with store managers and staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure sufficient stock availability
- Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions on product assortment and pricing
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and events
- Train and support store staff in delivering excellent customer service and meeting sales targets
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, provide feedback, and address any issues that arise
- Collaborate with the finance team to manage store budgets and expenses
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve retail operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- [3-5] years of experience in retail operations or management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of driving sales and improving operational efficiency
- Familiarity with retail software and systems
