We are currently seeking a Safety Assistant to join our healthcare team in Abu Dhabi. The Safety Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and maintenance of safety programs to ensure the health and safety of all staff, patients, and visitors within the healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations and industry best practices
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Assist in the investigation of accidents and incidents, and develop corrective action plans to prevent future occurrences
- Provide safety training to staff on topics such as emergency response, infection control, and proper use of personal protective equipment
- Maintain safety records and documentation, including incident reports, training records, and safety data sheets
- Monitor and track safety metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, or a related field
