We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Safety Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Safety Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and enforcement of safety policies and procedures within our retail establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards
- Assist in the investigation of accidents and incidents, and make recommendations for corrective actions
- Coordinate with management to ensure that all staff members receive proper safety training
- Maintain safety records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations and guidelines within the retail establishment
- Assist in the procurement and maintenance of safety equipment and supplies
- Keep abreast of changes in safety regulations and industry best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, or related field
- [Number] years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry
- Knowledge of UAE safety regulations and standards
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus
