We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Operations Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Safety Operations Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of safety operations within the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks
- Coordinate with internal teams to address safety concerns and implement corrective actions
- Provide safety training and education to employees at all levels of the organization
- Investigate and report on safety incidents and accidents, and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies and emergency responders, to ensure a safe working environment
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in safety operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in safety operations within the telecommunications industry
- Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and industry standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in safety management is a plus
