We are seeking a qualified and experienced Safety Operations Program Manager to join our team based in Abu Dhabi. The Safety Operations Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing all safety operations within the agricultural industry, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards
- Provide safety training to employees on a regular basis
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and initiatives
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure safety protocols are followed throughout the organization
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to safety operations

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety operations management within the agricultural industry
- Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
