We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Operations Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Safety Operations Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all safety operations within our aerospace and defense organization, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Lead and coordinate safety training programs for employees at all levels of the organization
- Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify and address potential hazards and risks
- Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement
- Monitor and analyze safety data to identify trends and develop strategies for improvement
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on safety performance and initiatives

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering, Safety Management)
- [Number] years of experience in a safety management role, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards (e.g. OSHA, FAA)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement safety programs
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation preferred
