We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in Dubai within the financial services industry. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Support sales team in organizing customer meetings, preparing presentations and sales materials
- Assist in the preparation of sales contracts and quotations
- Maintain customer database and ensure accurate and up-to-date records
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales process from lead generation to delivery
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of sales principles and practices
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Knowledge of Dubai market and regulations
