Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Scaffolder to join our dynamic team in the energy sector based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scaffolding and a commitment to safety and quality. The Scaffolder will be responsible for erecting, maintaining, and dismantling scaffolding systems to support construction and maintenance projects within the energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures as per project specifications and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and project managers to understand project requirements and deliver scaffolding solutions that meet those needs.
- Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Assist in the installation of safety measures such as guardrails and toe boards on scaffolding systems.
- Ensure all scaffolding materials are properly maintained and stored in accordance with safety protocols.
- Provide guidance and training to junior scaffolders and laborers on proper scaffolding techniques and safety practices.
- Perform risk assessments and identify potential hazards related to scaffolding installations.
- Maintain clear communication with team members and other trades on-site to ensure efficient workflow and safety.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards while on the job site.
- Document scaffolding activities, including inspections and maintenance records, as required by project management.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in scaffolding or a related field are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 7 years of experience in scaffolding within the construction or energy sectors.
- Comprehensive knowledge of scaffolding techniques, materials, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work at heights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Valid scaffolding certification and a current safety training certificate (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) are preferred.
- Familiarity with the specific safety regulations and practices applicable to the energy sector in Dubai.

Working Conditions:
- The role may require working at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times on-site.
- Shift work may be required based on project needs.
