We are seeking a qualified and experienced School Librarian to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. As a School Librarian, you will be responsible for managing the school library, promoting literacy and a love for reading among students, and supporting the school curriculum through the provision of resources and research assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the school library, including cataloging and organizing books, maintaining the library collection, and overseeing library operations.
- Develop and implement library programs and activities to promote literacy and encourage reading among students.
- Collaborate with teachers to support the school curriculum by providing resources, research assistance, and information literacy instruction.
- Assist students in finding and selecting appropriate reading materials, conducting research, and using library resources effectively.
- Stay current on trends in children's literature, educational technology, and library science to enhance library services and programs.
- Promote a positive and welcoming library environment that encourages students to explore, learn, and engage with information.
- Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and parents to support the school's educational goals and objectives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience working as a School Librarian or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of library management systems, cataloging practices, and information literacy instruction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, teachers, and parents.
- Ability to adapt to changing technology and educational trends in the field of library science.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
