We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist Assistant to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will work closely with the school psychologist to provide support and assistance to students in the transportation and logistics industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting psychological assessments of students to identify learning disabilities, behavioral issues, and emotional concerns
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Provide counseling and support to students facing mental health challenges or academic difficulties
- Assist in implementing interventions and strategies to support student success in the classroom
- Monitor and track student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Attend meetings and consultations with parents, teachers, and other professionals to discuss student needs and progress
- Stay current on best practices in school psychology and attend professional development opportunities as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field
- [X] years of experience working in a school or educational setting
- Knowledge of assessment tools and techniques used in school psychology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Valid UAE residency or work permit
