We are seeking a dedicated and skilled School Psychologist Assistant to join our team in Dubai within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The School Psychologist Assistant will work under the supervision of a licensed school psychologist to provide support and assistance in assessing and addressing the psychological needs of students within our educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the school psychologist to conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students with learning, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized educational plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Provide counseling and support services to students dealing with personal, social, and academic issues.
- Conduct classroom observations and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and recommend interventions.
- Assist in crisis intervention and response for students experiencing emotional or behavioral crises.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student assessments, progress reports, and intervention plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support the overall well-being and academic success of students.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in a school setting or with children and adolescents.
- Knowledge of assessment tools and techniques used in school psychology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability in dealing with a variety of student needs and situations.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field.
- Previous experience working with diverse student populations.
- Certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Assistant.
