Location: Sharjah, UAE

The Security Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all employees, visitors, and assets within the agricultural facility. This individual will work closely with the Security Manager to implement security protocols and procedures to mitigate risks and prevent incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol the premises on foot or in a vehicle to detect and deter any suspicious activity
- Monitor security cameras and alarms to identify potential security threats
- Respond to emergencies and alarms quickly and effectively
- Conduct regular security checks of the facility to ensure all entry points are secure
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
- Assist with the implementation of security training for employees
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and report any breaches to the Security Manager
- Assist with the development and implementation of security policies and procedures
- Perform other security-related tasks as assigned by the Security Manager

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in security or a related field (at least 2 years)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Knowledge of basic security procedures and protocols
- Physical fitness and ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Valid security guard license is preferred
