We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Operations Manager to join our pharmaceutical company based in Dubai. The Security Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all security operations within the organization to ensure the safety and security of our employees, assets, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines to protect the company's assets and personnel.
- Manage a team of security officers and supervisors, providing leadership, guidance, and training as needed.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
- Coordinate with external security agencies and law enforcement as necessary.
- Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to ensure round-the-clock surveillance.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
- Prepare and maintain security incident reports and documentation.
- Implement access control measures to regulate entry and exit from company premises.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with security protocols and regulations.
- Stay informed about the latest security trends and technologies to continuously improve security operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in security systems and software.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism.
- Knowledge of local security laws and regulations in Dubai.
- Valid security certification is a plus.
