We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Operations Manager to join our healthcare facility in Dubai. The Security Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all security operations within the organization, ensuring the safety and security of staff, patients, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for all individuals within the healthcare facility.
- Manage a team of security personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
