We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Security Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all security operations within our Aerospace and Defense organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management and a deep understanding of the unique security challenges faced in the Aerospace and Defense industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety and security of personnel, assets, and facilities.
- Manage and oversee security operations, including physical security, access control, surveillance systems, and emergency response procedures.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of security professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest level of security performance.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in security management, continually seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Security Management, Criminal Justice, etc.)
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in security management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of security principles, practices, and technologies, with a focus on Aerospace and Defense industry requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing security operations in a complex and dynamic environment.
- Relevant certifications (CPP, PSP, CISM, etc.) are highly desirable.
