We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Director to join our dynamic team in Ajman. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts within the healthcare sector, developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives within the healthcare sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, physicians, and hospital administrators.
- Lead a team of account managers and ensure that they are delivering exceptional service to clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive expansion within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in account management or sales within the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
