We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Advisor to join our team in Sharjah, specializing in Financial Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert financial advice and guidance to clients, as well as developing and implementing strategic financial plans to help them achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized financial advice and recommendations to clients based on their individual financial situations and goals
- Develop comprehensive financial plans for clients, including retirement planning, investment strategies, and risk management
- Monitor and review clients' financial plans on a regular basis, making adjustments as needed to ensure they remain on track to meet their goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in financial regulations to ensure clients receive the most current and relevant advice
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, earning their trust and confidence in your expertise
- Collaborate with other team members, including analysts and support staff, to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial advisory roles
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and developing financial plans
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including investments, insurance, and retirement planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation preferred
