We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Advisor in Information Technology to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT consulting, strategic planning, and project management. This individual will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on IT initiatives and projects, as well as developing and implementing strategies to optimize IT operations and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic guidance and support on IT initiatives, projects, and investments
- Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address IT needs and opportunities for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in IT to recommend innovative solutions and technologies
- Serve as a mentor and coach to junior IT staff, providing guidance and support on technical and professional development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in IT consulting, project management, or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing IT projects
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
