We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Advisor to join our telecommunications team in Sharjah. As a Senior Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on telecommunications strategies, technologies, and projects. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies to drive growth and maximize efficiency in our telecommunications operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic advice and guidance on telecommunications technologies, trends, and best practices
- Develop and implement telecommunications strategies to optimize network performance and enhance customer experience
- Lead and support cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of telecommunications projects
- Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of telecommunications systems and recommend solutions for continuous improvement
- Stay current on industry developments and emerging technologies to inform decision-making and drive innovation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications, with at least 2 years in a senior advisory role
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications technologies, protocols, and standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of successful project management and delivery
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
