We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Agile Project Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management within the energy sector and a strong background in Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple Agile projects within the energy industry, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes
- Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or obstacles, taking proactive measures to address them
- Facilitate team meetings, stand-ups, and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement and effective communication
- Track project metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues
- Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members on Agile best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certifications preferred
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within the energy industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project
