We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Agile Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a Senior Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects using Agile methodologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Agile projects from inception to completion, ensuring all project objectives are met
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to Agile principles
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices
- Drive continuous improvement within the Agile team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
