Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Agile Project Manager to lead our manufacturing projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry. You will be responsible for driving project success, optimizing processes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple Agile projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives of the organization.

- Agile Methodology Implementation: Champion Agile practices within the organization, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and quality assurance, to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.

- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.

- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for process optimization and implementing best practices in Agile project management.

- Performance Tracking: Utilize metrics and KPIs to monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.

- Team Development: Mentor and coach team members on Agile principles and practices, promoting professional growth and team collaboration.

- Budget Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with applicable regulations in the manufacturing sector.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the manufacturing industry, with a strong emphasis on Agile methodologies.

- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering results in a timely manner.

- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

- Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and standards, with an understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles being advantageous.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
