We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our educational institution in Sharjah. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various educational facilities within the institution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design process for new construction projects, renovations, and expansions of educational buildings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and students, to understand their needs and requirements for the design of educational spaces.
- Develop architectural plans, drawings, and specifications that adhere to building codes and regulations.
- Manage and coordinate with external contractors, engineers, and consultants to ensure the successful completion of construction projects.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor the progress of construction and address any issues that may arise.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns within the architectural department.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in architectural design.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Licensed architect in the UAE.
- Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
