We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Art Director to join our team in Ajman specializing in the agriculture industry. The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating visually stunning and engaging designs that will elevate our brand and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative direction and strategy for all visual communication projects within the agriculture industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop innovative and effective campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers, illustrators, and other creative professionals to ensure high-quality work and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Oversee the development of digital and print materials, including websites, social media content, advertisements, packaging, and more.
- Present concepts and designs to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed.
- Stay current on industry trends and technologies to continuously push the boundaries of creativity and design excellence.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field.
- [X] years of experience in a senior-level art director role within the agriculture industry or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
