We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Art Director to join our dynamic team in Ajman, UAE. As a Senior Art Director in the construction industry, you will be responsible for leading the creative direction of our projects, ensuring that all visual elements are cohesive and aligned with our brand identity.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of designers and artists to execute creative projects from concept to completion
- Develop and implement innovative design strategies for various construction projects, including branding, marketing materials, signage, and website design
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure that all creative deliverables meet the highest quality standards
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the visual communication of our projects
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster their professional growth and development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
