We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Art Director to join our team in Ajman within the telecommunications industry. The Senior Art Director will be responsible for overseeing the visual aspects of our marketing and advertising campaigns, ensuring that our brand message is effectively communicated to our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative concepts for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity
- Manage a team of graphic designers and other creative professionals to bring concepts to life
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into our campaigns
- Present ideas and concepts to senior management and key stakeholders
- Ensure all creative work meets quality standards and deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in a similar role within the telecommunications industry
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and campaigns
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
