We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the telecommunications industry and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency
- Develop and maintain detailed business requirements and specifications for new projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to stakeholders
- Lead and facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and align on project objectives
- Support the implementation of new systems and processes, and ensure smooth integration with existing systems
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in the organization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- [5-8] years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools
- Familiarity with telecommunications technologies and systems
