Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in the education sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, project management, and educational systems. This role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and improve educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with educational stakeholders, including faculty, administrators, and IT staff, to identify and document business needs and requirements for various educational programs and systems.

- Data Analysis: Analyze data related to student performance, enrollment trends, and operational efficiency to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

- Process Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes within the education sector and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support the overall mission of the organization.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives while maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

- Project Management: Lead and manage projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within budget. This includes creating project plans, tracking progress, and reporting on outcomes.

- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user acceptance test (UAT) plans to ensure clarity and alignment on project scope.

- Training and Support: Develop training materials and provide support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.

- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the education sector to recommend innovative solutions that drive improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on the education sector or related industries.

- Proven experience in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Visio, and project management tools).

- Knowledge of educational systems and technology (e.g., Learning Management Systems, Student Information Systems) is highly desirable.

- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
