We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Developer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology and a proven track record of driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities in the IT sector and develop strategic partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners
- Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and services that meet client needs
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and partners
- Negotiate and close business deals to drive revenue and profitability

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales in the IT industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of the IT market in Dubai and the Middle East region
